The professionalism of the staff is commendable; they are dedicated to providing excellent service and high-quality coffee. It’s crucial for management to ensure that such workplace dynamics do not overshadow the café’s stellar service.

“ Well worth a visit very Swiss experience and the coffee and croissants were delicious ”
“ We ate here on Easter Sunday in Zurich and it was magical. We stayed at the near Seidenhoff Hotel which was a few minute walk away. The church in front of us was built the 1700s and the atmosphere is just so relaxing. The food was delicious and the service was prompt and welcoming. It's a great square and a great taste of historical Zurich. ”
“ The staff at this café are incredibly professional, hardworking, and genuinely caring — they create a welcoming atmosphere and clearly take pride in their work. The coffee also tastes amazing — one of the best I’ve had in the area! However, I was quite disappointed to witness the manager (a lady) yelling at the staff in front of customers. It felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. From what I could see, the staff did not do anything wrong to deserve such treatment, especially in public. I hope management addresses this, as it takes away from an otherwise great experience. ”
“ Very nice place for a quick coffee break. Espresso is nice and they offer some interesting cakes. Staff speaks English, German, Italian and Serbian/Croatian. Thanks! ”
